I started working out with you three years ago and that is the longest I’ve stuck with one form of exercise. 

I’ve done weightlifting, cross country running, college soccer, and nothing has defined my muscles like your program. I’m a 42 year old mom of three boys and I teach school- I do my workouts during my planning time most days at work I love that they are quick and effective! Love your work here

For most of my adult life, I have worked 2-3 jobs at a time. Fast food, lack of sleep, and some health issues lead to me slowly gaining more and more weight. When I could, I would sneak in a barre workout from coach Kel’s YouTube channel.

When life finally calmed down I've been focused on intuitive eating, therapy, rest, and Coach Kel. I fell in love with barre so much that I’m now a barre instructor at my local YMCA. I’m forever thankful for coach Kel and the part she has played (and still plays) in my health journey!
