What equipment do I need?
Each class will have a list of equipment needed, but it's always optional! Our most used items are light hand weights (2-5 lbs), a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a pilates ball. Many exercises can be modified for bodyweight only.
How often are new classes added?
We release new classes every week!
What if I'm a beginner?
We're so happy to have you! Every class includes modifications and our progressive approach helps you build strength at your own pace.
