For purchases made directly through our website, our Fit by Coach Kel support team is available to assist with all subscription or membership-related questions, including billing and cancellation requests.


For subscriptions obtained via the Fit by Coach Kel App (through Apple or Google Play), users must manage any changes directly. As payments for in-app subscriptions are handled through the respective App Store, our team does not have access to process refunds or cancellations for these purchases.

  • You can manage your in-app subscription in your device/account settings, including:

    • Viewing your subscription: Payment receipt, trial end date, next payment date

    • Canceling your subscription: Must be done through the original purchase platform (see instructions below)

    • Restoring purchases: If you have an active in-app subscription but cannot access content or log in, follow the restore purchase steps in the app

    • Requesting a refund: Users can request refunds for in-app subscriptions through their device settings
